Oasis Room Hire Rates

At the oasis Centre there are a number of rooms available for hire by arts and community organisations as well as corporate clients and the general public.

You may hire rooms on a full or half day basis or with or without refreshments.

Rooms may also be booked on an hourly basis (minimum 1 hour).

A multi media projector, flip chart and pad with pens available for hire.


ROOM HIRE RATES HOURLY RATES

Large conference Room (seats 14 people) £15
Half day: (9 – 1pm/1-5pm) £25
Full day: (9-5pm) £50
Small Conference Room (seats 6 people) £10
(for hire on hourly basis only)
Coffee Shop £25

EQUIPMENT HIRE RATES

Multi media projector with screen £10 (flat rate)
Flip chart, pads and pens £10(flat rate)

Prices quoted above are for hire rooms only. Quotes for catering, waiter/waitress service and drinks are in addition to the facility fee and can be supplied on request.
