Job Opportunity… CEO Services Administrator

Oasis Caring in Action is a community organisation which works to 'Transform Lives, Transform Communities' through the provision of childcare, youth development work, adult befriending and foodbank services.

Oasis Caring in Action wish to recruit a CEO Services Administrator (Part-time) to provide administrative support to the CEO and project team leads across the organization, and linking to the Finance function, as well as HR and Health and Safety.

Requirements: This is a varied role working with the CEO and Oasis Teams to support operational objectives.  3+ years experience in a similar role and proficiency in Microsoft Office is required. Knowledge and experience of working with HR tasks and Health and Safety is desirable, along with previous experience of the voluntary and community sector. Being a good team player and willingness to be flexible to meet changing needs of the organization is also required. Full details available in the job pack. Hours: 22.5 hours - Monday to Friday (mornings preferrable)
Salary: £13.82 per hour
